A very nice wakizashi Japanese short sword. Cloth bound fish skin grip fitted with two unusual Manuka. Black iron suba with engraved decoration. The blade shows spotting and age wear but could be cleaned if required. The black lacquered scabbard is decorated with four gilt bronze manuki type figures to each side so eight in total.
