LUFTWAFFE 2ND MODEL DAGGER BY ALCOSO COMPLETE WITH STRAPS.

All fitting have an attractive airplane blue factory finish. Fine detail to the swastika pommel and the Luftwaffe eagle crossguard. Mint white grip. Mint blade by Alcoso Solingen featuring there 1941 pattern trade mark. The matching scabbard is in very nice condition. Complete with a set of Luftwaffe straps, the top fitting is slightly different than normally seen. It is interesting to note that the dagger was stored in the scabbard for many years the wrong way around and the crossguard swastika has embossed its design to the reverse side of the scabbard, but it could easily be cleaned if required but I rather like it how it is. Purchased privately in England along with the two Luftwaffe badges also on this up-date and they have never been in a collection. Near mint.
