LUFTWAFFE PARATROOPERS BADGE PERSONALISED WITH OWNERS NAME.

Excellent detail to the Luftwaffe eagle and wreath, almost all the gilt finish has worn away from the eagle. The reverse side features pin and hook and it is also maker marked A for Assmann, the reverse side of the eagle still retains 85% gilt finish and the wreath is engraved with owners name Schull probably by the original owner rather than a jeweller. This is the short model parade bayonet for army NCO's. The hilt still retains much silver platting. The black celluloid grip plates are in perfect condition, the grip bolts are the Pack type which are offset and which is correct for this maker as it is there unique style.
