NSDAP LARGE SIZE GOLD PARTY BADGE WITH ORIGINAL DOCUMENT AWARDED TO PETER WELLER.
It is very hard to find a gold party badge with an original document that identifies the owner of the badge and this example is even more desirable as it is the large 30mm type with military style pin. The wreath still retains much original gilt finish. The enamel badge is in very nice condition with just a slight scuff to the bottom of the white enamel border just below DAP (please see photographs) but it is extremely minor. The reverse side features pin and hook and it is the military style and it is marked Ges Gesch in a box and it is also stamped with the original owners NSDAP membership number 64653 and which matches the number printed on the document. The large document was awarded to Peter Weller on the 23.7.1933 for early and loyal service to the NSDAP and was presented by the Gauleiter of Cologn-Achen Joseef Grohe who was also an NSKK General and the Reichskomommissar for Belgium and Northern France during the war. The document features a large early style eagle and it is also singed in ink by Gauleiter Grohe. The document translates as, IN HONOUR OF GERMAN FIGHTING COURAGE AS A REMINDER TO COMING GENERATIONS. PETER WELLER. IN THE TIME OF GERMANYS GREATEST HUMILIATION JOINED THE RANKS OF ADOLF HITLER AND RECEIVED PARTY NUMBER 64653.THIS CERTIFICATE IS AWARDED TO HIM IN GRATITUDE FOR SERVICE CARRIED OUT FOR THE NATIONAL SOCIALIST MOVEMENT AND THE SACRIFICE THAT HE MADE FOR GERMANY\'S RISE AGAIN.GIVEN IN COLOGNE ON THE 23RD OF JULY 1933. GROHE GAULEITER. A very nice set. Complete with some research concerning Gauleiter Grohe. The document is mounted on backing card and it was probably framed at one time. Exc++
SS POLICE OFFICERS SWORD WITH SS RUNES TO POMMEL BY KLASS.
This is very rare SS police sword that incorporates the SS runes in the pommel and which was authorised for police officers who were also members of the SS. The black wooden grip is in excellent condition and it is complete with bronze coloured police eagle and swastika badge. The silver plated hilt fittings are in excellent condition just showing light wear and age. The pommel is very interesting as it features the SS runes, a feature very seldom seen as normally the pommel will be plain. The blade is by Robert Klass Solingen and it is in very good condition. Complete with matching police officers scabbard which retains about 90% original black paint and is fitted with two matching silver fittings. Although I have offered for sale a fair few policer swords over the last 35 years this is only the third example I have owned with the SS runes displayed on the pommel, it is very rare sword to obtain and missing from most collections. ARMY PANZER OFFICERS PEAK CAP.
Superb high quality field grey top with dark green centre band with pink piping for panzer troops. Complete with deluxe quality silver bullion eagle, matching silver bullion cockade and a set of officers silver cap cords. The interior features gold silk lining with celluloid patch with makers details, Erwin Freudemann, Waffen - Ausrustunoen, Berlin Kleinmachnow Tieffr Orund 6 , the brown leather sweat band is in perfect condition just showing age, slight wear to the very base of the hat. A very high quality example in very nice condition. Exc++
HERMANN GORING PRESENTATION 800 SILVER HUNTING SALVER.
A very nice silver salver awarded by Goring at a hunting contest held at his country estate Carinhall. Circular salver displaying the Third Reich hunting association stags head and swastika badge and then it is engraved, JAGER FEST CARINHALL 1.11.1938, and it is signed GORING In a facsimile of his signature. The reverse side is stamped 800 for the silver content. Exc++
VICTORIAN SWORD STICK.
A very attractive Malika wooden cane with silver ribbed pommel, it appears to be silver but it is not hall marked. Pushing a small button on the handle releases the handle from the cane and reveals a long lethal steel blade. A very high quality antique sword stick. Exc++
JAPANEASE ANTIQUE TANTO DAGGER.
Shark skin grip with black cloth binding and with gilt nanuke to each side. Simple blued steel suba. Japanese blade measures approcamatly 11 inches or 28cm long and it is in excellent condition, it is signed on the tang. Brown leather covered scabbard with a pattern that perhaps imitates tree bark. Circa 1880 but the blade is earlier and so probably a family blade. A very attractive Tanto. Exc++
BRITISH WW1 OFFICIERS STICK WITH CONCEALED BLADE.
Very high quality brown leather officers stick, pulling the handle away from the shaft reveals a long lethal steel blade. The pommel of the stick appears to have a design which could be the original owners initial\'s. The blade measures over 15 inches or 38cm long and shows some minor age spotting. During WW1 most British officer carried only a service revolver so a weapon like this would have been very handy. Exc++
THIRD REICH WOLF HOOK SILVER RING.
This silver ring displaying the wolfsangle design. The design of the wolf hook was used by several SS units such as the Nederland Regiment and also the Dutch Fascist party. The ring is maker marked B800 and it is also separately stamped 800. The ring has a nice age patina as it has not been cleaned for a long time. Exc++
THIRD REICH MILITARY CRIMEA FINGER RING.
Silver finger ring depicting the Crimea area of Russia, The ring is engraved with a map of the Crime and marked KRIM 1942 - 1943 JALTA. The inside shank of the ring is engraved XXII. The ring looks to be silver but it is not silver marked. Exc++
THIRD REICH FINGER RING COMEMORATING THE PACT BETWEEN GERMANY AND ITALY.
Silver plated ring with ribbed band, the central design is a gold swastika mounted with the Italian fascist insignia in gold. The ring commemorates the 1936 alliance between German and Italy, on the 22nd of May 1939 the two country\'s signed the pact of steel linking the two country military and politically. Very high quality ring. Exc++
