A very nice set of antique percussion box lock percussion pocket pistol dating to about 1840.The cocks are both in good working order, the side plates are both engraved Reed London with floral decoration. This is an interesting deluxe extra cost example, the grips appear to be staghorn but it is actually carved wood which simulates Staghorn and which are actually harder to find than the genuine staghorn type. An unusual late Victorian ornamental brass mantel clock designed as a ships wheel and naval anchor. Very attractive gilt clock face with makers trademark but I have no idea who the maker is but almost certainly European in origin. Good working order. Near mint.  read more

WW2 MODEL OF A BRITISH RAF SPITFIRE.

Superb aluminium model of a British RAF spitfire aeroplane which displays RAF roundels. The aeroplane is mounted on a chrome stand and which is then attached to a Bakelite plinth. Height with stand 9 inches or 23cm. Very attractive model which would look great on a collectors desk and far better quality than similar examples that I have seen in the past and which are often cast brass. Exc++  read more
