ENGLISH PERCUSSION PEPPERBOX TYPE REVOLVER BY ALLEN & THURBER.
An interesting early six shot pepperbox revolver. The top bar hammer is maker stamped, Allen's patent 1845. Fluted six shot cylinder barrel which is maker marked, Allen & Thurber Worcester. Simple spur trigger and wooden grip plates. An interesting early Victorian patent revolver. [Condition: Exc+]
HITLER YOUTH UNIT FLAG.
A very good and rare large double sided HJ unit flag.Two red strips and single white central stripe, mounted with large white HJ diamond with separately applied black swastika. Complete with seven silver aluminum rings for attachment to flag pole, several of the rings are RZM maker marked. A rare flag, it has been several years since i have had an HJ flag to offer for sale. ADOLF HITLER BRONZE FIGURE.
A very good and highly detailed bronze coloured metal figure of the Fuhrer Adolf Hitler standing at about 11 inches or 27cm in height and dating to about 1935.This is an early depiction of the Fuhrer wearing brown shirt political uniform with swastika arm band and wearing his WW1 awards.The original painted finish shows slight wear to the high points but it is still at least 95% remaining.The Figure is mounted on a marble plinth. Most figures of the Fuhrer are the bust type featuring head and shoulders it is exceptionally unusual to find a complete figure. I have seen reproductions of this figure produced in bronze coloured resin for the antiques trade but this is 100% original metal example from the period of the Third Reich. [Condition: Exc++]
ALLGEMEINE SS NCO PEAKED CAP.
A superb example with a good high front and they do not get much better than this beautiful preserved example. Fine quality black wool ribbed top with black center band and white piping. Complete with silver frosted SS eagle and skull, SS style black leather chinstrap is held in place with two matching black side buttons. The interior of the hat has the standard other ranks style oilcloth lining with celluloid patch with large gold embossed SS runes and the size stamp, the sweat band is in perfect condition with no splits or damage, under the sweat band is the SS RZM issue tag.The under side of the peak has the SS RZM black ink stamp. If you are looking for one of these rare and always in demand Allgemeine SS peaked caps i doubt if you will find a better example than this one as it really has it all and it comes from a high quality SS collection. THIRD REICH RURAL POLICE OTHER RANKS SHAKO HELMET.
This is a scarce and very nice example of a police shako helmet with brown leather work for the rural police which are very difficult to find as most have black leather work for the city police. The helmet has a brown patent leather top and visor with green cloth center band complete with large metal police eagle and swastika with metal cockade and it is complete with brown leather chin strap.The interior is also in extremely nice condition, the brown leather sweat band is in perfect condition and the interior of the helmet has traces of the original makers name. I probably see one brown example for every 10 black helmets so these brown examples are very scarce. [Condition: Exc++]
SUPERB QUALITY PERSONALIZED ARMY OFFICERS DAGGER BY HOLLER SOLINGEN.
Mint orange grip. Fine quality silver plated hilt fittings with excellent detail to the eagle and swastika crossguard, the reverse side is beautifully engraved with the owners initials EL intertwined and then decorated with floral decoration, the quality of the engraving is exceptional. Mint blade by Holler Solingen. The matching silver scabbard is also in exceptional condition. A beautiful high quality personalized example which i can highly recommend. [Condition: Near Mint]
CASED SS 4 YEAR LONG SERVICE MEDAL.
These cased examples of the SS long service medal have become very hard to find over the last few years, the example I have to offer is in superb condition. The medal is in fine condition with all original black finish remaining and it is complete with the correct style ring and tear drop suspension loop.The blue ribbon is in fine condition. Complete with black leatherette card case of issue, the exterior of the lid features the SS runes and the interior base has sections to accommodate the medal and ribbon. A fine example of the SS 4 year medal. The medal and ribbon are Mint and the box is in EXC++
POLITICAL LEADERS YELLOW PIPED PEAKED CAP FOR THE ORDENSBURG SCHOOLS.
A very rare and superb looking hat with a good high front. Brown cloth body with dark brown center band with light yellow piping for the Ordensburg political schools (Reich level also used yellow piping but on those hats it is a slightly different shade of yellow).Complete with gilt metal eagle and cockade. Interior of the hat features a gold silk lining with plain celluloid diamond patch with paper insert with size stamp 58. Brown leather sweat band with RZM label to the underside. An extremely nice and very rare hat. [Condition: Near Mint]
POLITICAL LEADERS STANDARD FOR ORTSGRUPPE ROSENTHAL WITH INTERESTING HISTORY.
A rare early political leaders district flag with the early style static swastika. Red flag with white circle with separately applied black swastika and with silver bullion fringe to three sides. Brown unit box with blue edge piping for the Ortsgruppe level of political leadership with white chain stitched town name, ROSENTHAL.The flag was captured by American serviceman Raymond Richard Ritter of the 99th Recon troop in 1945 and comes with some photocopy documents concerning Ritter with photocopy photographs of his unit and his comrades including the mention of the capture of the town flag of Rosental. The flag shows age and wear with some moth nips but still displays well, the white circle bears the date of the capture of the flag but these are very small and not especially noticeable until closely examined. A rare early flag with interesting history and provenance. [Condition: Exc+]
NSDAP DEPUTY GAULEITERS BULLION CAR PENNANT, EXCEPTIONALLY RARE.
This is one of the rarest car pennants that i have had the pleasure of offering for sale, it is extremely beautiful and highly impressive. At the height of the Third Reich only 43 political leaders held the very high party rank of deputy Gauleiter, the German Reich was split into 43 Gau's and each of these Gau's had one Gauleiter and one deputy Gauleiter with a staff of lower ranking NSDAP officials, so to find any item belonging to a deputy Gauleiter is extremely rare because as stated above there were only 43 people holding this high NSDAP rank at any one time, it is also interesting to note that the Gauleiter's were selected and appointed by Adolf Hitler but the deputy's Gauleiters were normally recommended by Martin Bormann which then gave him great influence in the districts often to the great annoyance of the Gauleiter's. This is the 1939 pattern car pennant which is far more desirable and attractive than the earlier type, the pennant is double sided, the cloth background colour's are red and white with a red border with a small white chain stitched inner border, beautiful fine quality gold bullion eagle and swastika with gold bullion oakleaves below and then Gothic gold bullion letters GL.The pennant is contained in its original protective leather and celluloid cover and amazingly the cover is still in perfect condition as normally these covers are cracked and damaged. The pennant is still complete with the metal car fitting, the top fitting is RZM marked.There is no moth or damage to the cloth pennant but there are a few age marks but much of this could probably be brushed of or carefully cleaned if the pennant was removed from it's protective cover but it is very tightly fitted inside the cover and so i do not want to force it to remove it. Extremely beautiful and this would be a highlight of even the most advanced collection. [Condition: Exc++]
