SS DAGGER 1933 MODEL BY HERDER COMPLETE WITH HANGER.

SS DAGGER 1933 MODEL BY HERDER COMPLETE WITH HANGER.

Black ebony grip is complete with SS runic badge and silver eagle, the grip shows light wear with one small hairline crack on the reverse side close to the top crossguard but it is not very big and is very minor, over all this is a good grip. All early nickel silver hilt fittings, lower crossguard is stamped with group mark I and the original owners SS membership number. The blade features the SS motto, MEIN EHRE HEISTE TREUE (My Honour Is Loyalty) to the obverse side, the reverse side features the makers name, Richard Herder Solingen, the blade shows light wear and some faint old age spotting but the blade is still bright and over all it is still in very nice condition. The scabbard still retains almost 100% original black paint, there is one very small dent on the reverse side, the silver scabbard fittings are in excellent condition. Complete with leather hanger. A good example at a very reasonable price. [Condition: Exc+]

ANTIQUE ENGLISH PERCUSSION PISTOL.

A very high quality percussion pistol, the eight sided barrel is engraved on the top, Smith (probably a London maker), the side of the barrel is fitted with a long metal belt slider, there is also a set of proof marks to the underside. The fine quality chequered grip is in fine condition with decorative but cap with silver inlay and a blank silver escutcheon. Good working order, the pistol dates to about 1850. [Condition: Exc++]

IMPERIAL GERMAN WW1 M16 CAMOFLAGE HELMET.

IMPERIAL GERMAN WW1 M16 CAMOFLAGE HELMET.

This is a superb example of the classic German WW1 steel helmet. The helmet has been camouflaged in various shades of green and brown with black borders, the paint shows wear but it is still in very nice condition. The interior features leather band with three pad liner and complete with correct leather chin strap with metal buckles. A very nice WW1 camo helmet. [Condition: Exc++]

MATCHED PAIR OF NSDAP GOLD PARTY BADGES.

MATCHED PAIR OF NSDAP GOLD PARTY BADGES.

This matched set comprises the large and small size badges. The large 30mm badge still retains much original gilt finish to the oakleaves, the enamel center is also perfect with just some light scratches from actual wear but no chips or cracks or other damage. The reverse side features the safety pin style catch and it is in perfect working order and has the usual Deschler factory details, the badge is marked GES GESCH and has the owners NSDAP number 98000. The matching small 25mm badge still retains some gilt finish to the oakleaves border, the enamel shows slight ware from being worn but it is very nice. The reverse side features matching NSDAP membership number, as often happens the pin has been replaced but almost certainly by the original owner (the pins being fairly fragile often broke during there wearing life and had to be repaired or replaced), although not maker marked it is by Fuess (the name would have been on the pin plate). A very nice matched set of NSDAP gold party badges which are always difficult to find. [Condition: Exc++]

WW2 GERMAN ARMY M35 MODEL SINGLE DECAL HELMET.

WW2 GERMAN ARMY M35 MODEL SINGLE DECAL HELMET.

A very good example which I obtained directly from the son of the British Soldier who apparently took it from the body of a German soldier that he killed during the war. The original paint finish shows light wear, the army eagle and swastika decal is still about 85% remaining, it looks gold but it is actually silver which has toned with age.The interior of the helmet is still complete with leather liner and original chin strap. A very nice untouched example. [Condition: Exc++]

SS POLICE OFFICERS SWORD.

SS POLICE OFFICERS SWORD.

The black wooden wire bound grip is complete with the officers bronze police eagle and swastika badge. The hilt still retains almost all original silver plating. Mint blade by Puma Solingen and featuring there stamped cat's head trade mark. The scabbard still retains 98% original black paint, the upper fitting is stamped on throat with SS runes acceptance stamp, the lower scabbard fitting is the type with out screws and which is held in place with pressure, this is the type of scabbard fitting almost always found on SS officers sword scabbards. This is a really nice example of an SS Police officers sword which has everything you could wish to find with one of these scarce swords. [Condition: Near Mint]

THIRD REICH RED CROSS / SOCIAL WELFAIR OFFICERS DAGGER.

THIRD REICH RED CROSS / SOCIAL WELFAIR OFFICERS DAGGER.

Very attractive mid orange grip is in mint condition. The silver pommel and crossguard are in excellent condition with fine detail to the red cross eagle and swastika to the crossguard. Superb mint blade. The scabbard still retains 99% of the silver platting, the scabbard suspension bands have circular holes which are often seen with social welfare straps but it was probably only a manufactures style but they are considerably rarer than the oblong type holes. A really nice example of this scarce officers dagger. [Condition: Near Mint]
