MINIATURE DELUXE QUALITY THIRD REICH HUNTING DAGGER.
This example is identical to the Alcoso product and it was certainly produced by them but this example was retailed by Busch & Sohn a company who specialized in pocket knives. The quality of the miniature is equivalent to that of the full size dagger. Mint stag horn grip. The silver platted pommel and crossguard are decorated with oakleaves, the superb and highly detailed clamshell features three deer's in a forest. Green leather scabbard with silver metal fittings, the lower fitting is highly ornate and it features the design of a stag amongst foliage. The beautiful mint blade is double etched with various hunting designs such as stags in a forest and hunting dogs and with the makers / distributors details to the reverse side, Busch & Sohn Solingen. Size just under 9 inches long, this miniature dagger can be taken apart just like the full size dagger, the quality is exceptional just as you would expect for an Alcoso product. The last photograph is for a a size comparison with a standard full size deluxe hunting dagger, it is not included in the price. [Condition: Near Mint]
NPEA STAFF LEADERS DAGGER BY EICKHORN.
This superb example is in beautiful condition, the NPEA Staff leaders dagger is considerably harder to find than the standard enlisted model and is probably as rare as the chained leaders model and especially one in this condition which is exceptional. In my opinion Eickhorn produced only the Staff leaders and the chained leaders models and Burgsmuller produced only the enlisted and chained leaders model daggers. The mint condition brown wood grip is inset with the eagle and swastika insignia. The silver plated crossguard and pommel nut still retain almost all silver platting. The blade features the NPEA motto to the obverse side, the reverse side features Eickhorn Solingen squirrel trade mark and this being the late 1941 pattern, the beautiful blade is in near mint condition with just some faint spotting mostly close to the crossguard but this is very minor, this is a fine blade. The scabbard retains 99% original olive paint finish, this is an exceptional scabbard. Complete with leather bayonet frog which is dated 1941 and maker marked, this is not the standard NPEA frog but it does match the dagger perfectly (the official NPEA frog is only normally seen with early production Burgsmuller daggers). A superb example of a very rare dagger missing from most collections. [Condition: Near Mint]
VICTORIAN ROYAL ARTILLERY OFFICERS SABRETACHE WRITING SET.
An amazing thing the likes of which I have never seen before. At first glance this appears to be a standard British artillery officers Sabretache, but this is where the similarity ends. The Sabretache opens on a leather hinge to reveal a fitted book of original writing paper manufactured in the shape of the sabretache and two black leather fitments for writing implements. The bullion work to the front of the Sabretache writing set is in exceptional condition with the Victorian Royal coat of arms, motto and gilt metal field gun, there are no metal fittings on the top edge which would normally be found on a sabretache proving with out doubt that this was the way it was manufactured and that it is not a latter alteration. The reverse side of the writing set is black leather with gold embossed owners initials, G.S.M.B, from these initials it should be possible to discover the original officers name. The Sabretache writing set is contained in its original leather velvet lined protective cover. Probably a unique items, if any one knows of another I would be interested hear of it. [Condition: Exc++].

SS PRESENTATION JULLEUCHTER.
A brown stoneware SS Julleuchter or candle holder, the decorative brown stoneware holder depicts the normal designs for one these and it measures the correct height of 22cm. The base is faintly impressed with SS runes, they are difficult to see but they are there but these are not always marked anyway. The Julleuchter were presented by the SS leadership to it's members to include there wifes and were to be used in the new year ritual celebration's which were introduced into the SS and encouraged by Himmler. Complete with two photographs of a Julleuchter being presented by an SS Haupsturmfuhrer to an enlisted SS man and his wife, the photographs came with the candle holder but there is no way of knowing if it is the one in the photograph's but there is a good chance that it is.
