POLITICAL LEADERS TUNIC WITH MATCHING BREECHES FOR AN NSDAP ORTSGRUPPENLEITER
Brown wool four pocket open neck tunic.The tunic collar is piped in blue for Ortsgruppe level of political leadership and it is complete with a matching pair of collar patches, brown velvet backing with blue edge piping and each featuring a gilt metal eagle with four pips and a rank bar for Ober-Gemeinchaftsleiter. The right sleeve of the tunic features the very ornate arm band for an Ortsgruppenleiter (local group leader) which is the the highest rank / position in the Ortsgruppe. Attached to the tunic button hole is the ribbon for the war service cross, there are also loops on the tunic for a medal ribbon bar and loops for two awards.The tunic is complete with all original gilt buttons remaining each of which features the party eagle. The interior of the tunic is brown silk lined and it features an RZM label. Complete with matching brown wool breeches with gilt eagle and swastika decorated buttons, the interior of the breeches features an RZM label. This is a really nice set to a high ranking local party leader of the NSDAP. I also have a political leaders peak cap in stock which would be a fine match and which would complete the uniform. THIRD REICH SOCIAL WELFARE OFFICERS DAGGER COMPLETE WITH STRAPS AND SILVER KNOT.
This dagger looks almost identical to the standard red cross officers dagger, the only difference is really the suspension straps and circular holes to the scabbard suspension bands. Mint orange grip. The hilt fittings still retain most of the factory silver frosted finish and has fine detail to the crossguard eagle and swastika design. The superb blade is in near mint condition. The scabbard is in fine condition and it also retains most of its factory finish and perfectly matches the hilt fittings, the scabbard is fitted with circular suspension loops to the scabbard bands which is style normally seen with social welfare leaders daggers (Red cross daggers normally have square holes).The dagger is complete with silver knot and difficult to find social welfare officers dagger straps with the correct style silver oblong buckles. A very nice example that I can highly recommend. [Condition: Exc++]
A VERY RARE ARMY / LUFTWAFFE OFFICERS SWORD BY PACK INCORPORATING THE LUFTWAFFE EAGLE IN THE DESIGN.
This extremely rare sword is basically an army lions head sword but which incorporates the Luftwaffe eagle in the hilt design, this model was only produced by Pack and always appear to be of very early vintage, I have seen 2 or 3 of these swords over the years in very advanced collections but this is the first time that i have had an example to offer for sale.The black celluloid grip is in mint condition.The hilt is produced in gilt brass and still retains traces of the original gilt finish, lions head hilt with red glass eyes, the crossguard features an open wing eagle and swastika, the backstrap is decorated with oakleaves, the knuckle bow features the Luftwaffe eagle which as stated above is unique for this maker and is extremely rare. Mint blade by Pack Solingen featuring there large Siegfried trade mark. Complete with black painted scabbard which is in excellent condition. The rarity of this model sword can not be overstated and it is probably a unique opportunity to obtain an example and is perhaps especially interesting to a collector of Luftwaffe edged weapons. This model sword has been referred to in the past as a model for army paratrooper officers, an interesting theory and it is certainly a possibility but there is no period documentation to confirm this idea. RAD OFFICERS DAGGER BY PAUL SEILHEIMER COMPLETE WITH LEATHER HANGERS.
A very nice high quality example which still retains much original silver platting with excellent detail to the eagles head hilt, the reverse side of the crossguard is engraved with owners initial AL, it is very unusual to find a personalized RAD officers dagger and i believe this is first example which i have owned.The white grip plates are in perfect condition with no chips or cracks. Near mint blade by the rare maker Paul Seilheimer, the obverse side features the RAD motto and the reverse side the makers trade mark, this is a really nice blade. The matching scabbard still retains much silver plating .The dagger has a very attractive matching black age patina as it has not been cleaned for a very long time.Complete with brown leather RAD officers straps in fine condition. ARMY CLOSE COMBAT BAR IN BRONZE.
This superb example still retains all original bronze finish with excellent detail to crossed bayonet and grenade. Reverse side features pin and hook and which is the fluted type pin and it is maker marked, FECWE PEEKHAUS BERLIN & AUSF A.G.M.U.K GABLONZ. The backing plate is still firmly in place. It would be difficult to improve on this example. [Condition: Near Mint]
ITALIAN FASCIST 1932 MODEL MVSN OFFICERS DAGGER.
Silver aluminum eagle head hilt with excellent detail to the eagles head. Black celluloid grip plates are in perfect condition, the obverse side is fitted with Fascist insignia. Mint plain blade. The scabbard is the silver plated type for ceremonial occasions which is harder to find than the blued steel type for day to day wear. Complete with gold an black bullion belt loop showing light wear. A fine example of this scarce dagger model. [Condition: Near Mint]
SA STANDARTENFUHRER KEPI OF SA GROUP BERLIN - BRANDENBURG.
A fine looking and very rare kepi belonging to a high ranking office from the Berlin SA group. Brown body with black center band for the Berlin SA district and with silver piping to the crown, the kepi also features 1cm wide silver tresse rank piping and above this black and silver edge piping for the rank of SA Standartenfuhrer (Colonel). Complete with silver metal eagle, silver button and brown leather chin strap which is held in place by two small brown buttons. The interior of the cap features the typical brown lining, it is also size marked 58, fine quality brown leather sweat band with one old tear but no missing parts, there is a brown RZM label under the sweat band. This is a very nice high ranking SA leaders kepi and being from the SA Berlin district makes it even more desirable. Please see the book Headgear of Hitlers Germany volume 5 by Wilhelm Saris, including page 388 for similar examples in wear. Exc++
PAIR OF SS OFFICERS COLLAR PATCHES.
This very nice set is for an SD officer. Black backing with silver edge piping, the right patch features three metal pips for the rank of SS Untersturmfuhrer, the left patch is blank for SD service. Near mint.
ARMY PANZER OFFICERS PEAK CAP.
A very nice looking army Panzer officers peak cap with good high front. Field grey woolen top with dark green center band and pink piping for Panzer troops. Complete with silver metal army eagle, cockade and silver cap cords which are held in place by two small silver side buttons. The interior of the hat features an artificial leather sweat band, it is complete but has a couple of age tears. Gold silk lining with celluloid patch which is about 65% complete and it bears the makers details for the high quality and desirable maker, Clemens Wagner. A very nice looking cap, Panzer officers hats are always in high demand and this is an espeally nice looking example. Exc++
SET OF DOCUMENTS BELONGING TO AN ALLGEMINE SS NCO.
This is an interesting set as the owner was born and served in Braunau am Inn, this being the town that Adolf Hitler was born and lived his early life in and it became a place of pilgrimage for his supporters.The set belonged to SS Obercharfuhrer Franz Mittermayer and comprises his SS green Ausweis ID card dated 1938, it is ink signed by an SS officers and it is complete with a photograph of Mittermayer wearing two NSDAP party badges, one on his tie and the other one on his jacket. SA sports book Uckunde which shows that he was awarded the SA sports badge in bronze on the 10.10.1940, good photograph of owner to inside cover wearing his black Allgemine SS NCO tunic. SA Wehrabzeichen book the book is fully filled out with lots of entrys. Brown NSDAP membership card for Franz Mittermaier with official stamps for 1938 /1939. Small SA sports badge ausweis card with superb photograph of owner wearing Allgemine SS black tunic. Citation for the the Austrian Anschluss medal ink signed by an NSDAP Kreispersonalamtleiter (political leader). Citation for the NSDAP 10 year long service medal in bronze awarded on the 20.4.1940 (Adolf Hitlers Birthday) and awarded by the same Kreisleiter. Seven items in all, a very interesting set belonging to an SS NCO from Adolf Hitlers town of Birth. [Condition: Exc++]
