THIRD REICH HUNTING ASSOCIATION DAGGER BY HORSTER.

Silver hilt fittings are in mint condition. Fine quality stag horn grip complete with silver hunting association badge, stags head with swastika and letter DJ. The blade is in mint condition and it is by Horster Solingen, it features there stamped oval trademark, the blade is triple etched, the obverse and reverse sides have long decorative panels featuring hunting designs, huntsman with rifle, dogs attacking a wild boar, birds in flight all set in a forest, the spine of the blade is etched with a floral design. Green leather scabbard shows just light wear and it is fitted with matching silver fittings. A very fine dagger in really nice condition. Exc++ or better.
