This wartime and very nice aluminium example with excellent detail to the Luftwaffe eagle, the award was instituted in June 1942. The reverse side is fitted with pin and hook. The eagle is held in place to the wreath by two tiny rivets, the original owner has cleverly strengthened them by adding some solder to them on the reverse side. Exc++  read more

Very attractive and high quality silver eagle with the NSKK organisation letters above. Mounted on a latter wooden plinth for display, it would also make a very nice paper weight.
