This is the aluminium type and it is in superb near mint condition, it would difficult to find a better example. The blue leather grip is in mint condition. The Aluminium fittings are in mint condition and the swastikas to the pommel and crossguard retain 100% original gilt finish. The blade is by SMF Solingen and features the seated king trade mark and it also has a waffen amp stamp, the blade is in almost mint condition. The blue leather to the scabbed is complete and in fine condition and it is fitted with matching aluminium fittings which are also in mint condition. Complete with matching aluminium chain hanger, the clip is in working order and it is maker marked on the reverse side. Beautiful example. Near mint
