BRITISH WW1 ROYAL ARTILLERY OFFICER SWORD.

This is the 1821 / 1908 model. The steel three bar basket hilt retains almost all silver plating. The fish skin grip is in fine condition. The blade is maker marked, FLIGHT MILITARY TAILORS MANCHESTER with official proof mark, the blade is double etched with long floral panels with Royal coat of arms and crown, the blade shows some light age spotting but over all it is still very nice. Brown leather service scabbard just shows light age wear as you would expect. Complete with officers dress knot and leather sword hanger. Nice looking sword set. Exc+
