This is the highest rank at the Ortsgruppe level of political leadership and it would have been worn by the local party leader of a district. Red wool arm band with separately applied white circle and black swastika with the correct rank pip. Wide central oakleaf strip to the centre. Both edges have blue piping for Ortsgruppe level with gold piping. The interior of the arm band is printed with a black arrow showing the direction that the arm band needs to be attached to the tunic. A really nice example and also very impressive. Near mint.
