A superb complete set. Mint and very attractive orange grip. The pommel swastikas still retains 100% gilt finish, this is unusual to see as the gilt is normally worn away. Fine detail to the matching crossguard. The blade is in almost mint condition, it is etched with the SMF trade mark and stamped with a waffen amp mark. The matching SMF scabbard still retains much factory finish. Complete with deluxe Luftwaffe straps, the brocade is in very nice condition with just some slight wear to the reverse side from being worn, all metal fittings are decorated with oakleaves. Complete with silver knot which is in fine condition. Near mint.
