THIRD REICH ARMY OFFICERS SWORD BY EICKHORN COMPLETE WITH KNOT.

This is an early quality Freiherr von Stein model from Eichhorn's Fieldmarshhall series of swords. All brass hilt fittings which still retain much original gilt finish with fine detail to the closed wings army eagle. There is a chip to the black celluloid grip close to the hilt but other than that it is really nice. The blade is very impressive and it is in mint condition and features the Eickhorn 1935 / 41 stamped trade mark. The scabbard paint shows some storage age wear but no dents or damage and over all it is still a very nice. Attached to the handle is an army knot, the leather strap is considerably shorter than most but it is excellent condition. Bargain price because of the minor grip damage. Exc+
