This is the scarce model with circular holes to the scabbard bands which is often described as the Social welfare model rather than Red Cross, it is possibly just a makers variation but they do often when found have Social welfare type straps attached. Mint orange grip. Fine detail to the eagle and swastika decorated crossguard which still retains most of the silver finish. Mint and very impressive plain blade. The scabbard still retains much of the silver frosted finish, the scabbard bands as mentioned above is fitted with circular holes in the Social Welfare style. Complete with silver knot and a very nice set of hard to find Social Welfare officers straps. A really nice complete set. Exc++
