ITALIAN FASCIST MVSN LEADERS DAGGER 1939 MODEL WITH LEATHER STRAPS.

A very nice MVSN black shirt officers dagger, this is the scarce 1939 model with leather straps which are far harder to find than those which are fitted with the earlier chain hanger. Very impressive silver aluminium eagle head hilt. The black celluloid grip plates are in mint condition and the obverse side features the Fascist insignia. Mint plain blade. The scabbard is in superb condition and it retains at least 98% original black paint. The black leather straps are also in fine condition with the large spring clip decorated with a highly detailed Italian eagle, the reverse side of the straps have a makers stamp. A really nice and rare set. Near mint.
