ITAILAN FASCIST MVSN OFFICERS DAGGER.

This is the 1935 model for MVSN black shirt officers which is very similar to the enlisted mans dagger but the hilt fittings are better quality and the scabbard is plain with out insignia. Fine quality brown wooden grip which is carved with a large letter T on the reverse side and is probably the surname initial of the original owner. Two high quality metal bolts which holds the blade into place. The steel crossguard is in perfect condition. The blade shows some scratches and age marks as these daggers were carried into battle but over all it is still nice. The scabbard retains 90% original black paint. A difficult to find Italian dagger. Exc++
