BRITISH TROPICAL HELMET.

A very nice tropical helmet 'TOPPEE' produced in Calcutta at the time of the British empire in the early 20th century. Cloth covered shell with leather strap, the helmet shows some age and wear. Interior feature pale brown cotton liner with red base with full Calcutta makers details with helmet trade mark, brown leather sweat band with embossed makers details, only a small portions of the chin strap remains.
