THIRD REICH NAVAL OFFICERS DAGGER BY EICKHORN.

This very nice example still retains almost all original gilt finish. Mint white grip. The crossguard retains all gilt finish, the eagle pommel is interesting as the obverse side retains all original gilt finish but the reverse side is decoloured by age. The double etched blade is by Eickhorn Solingen and features there 1941 pattern trade mark, the blade is double etched with the dolphin and fouled anchor design and it is in excellent condition with just a few tiny age marks. The scabbard is the lightning bolt type and it is in perfect condition and retains 100% gilt finish. A very nice dagger. Near mint.
