POLITICAL LEADERS CAP EARLY EXAMPLE OF ORTSGRUPPE LEVEL OF LEADERSHIP & NAMED TO ORIGINAL OWNER.

This very nice early example dates to about 1936 has a good high and impressive front. Brown top with dark brown velvet centre band with blue piping for Ortsgruppe level of political leadership. Complete with silver eagle, swastika enamel button cockade and silver cap cords which are held in place by two silver buttons, silver fittings is correct for the early PL uniforms of certain ranks. The interior features a gold silk linning with plain celluloid patch which is in perfect condition with original owners name, OTTO FLORY on paper insert. The brown leather sweat band is in perfect condition and it has an RZM label to the underside. This is a really nice example with just very light wear which is nice as it shows that it has been worn, these early political leader hats are harder to find than the latter type. Near mint
