Campaign furniture and accessories were popular with the British military as they were reinforced with metal binding giving extra strength for travelling with the army. Interlocking cutlery set by WH Wragg who patented the design. Steel knife and fork with rosewood handles with silver bands and both fit together so they are locked during travel. The knife blade is stamped, W.H. WR PATEN. Very tactile and rather fascinating. Circe 1850's . Near mint.
