SA GROUND ROHM HONOUR DAGGER BY PACK WITH UNIT ISSUE STAMPS.

Brown wooden grip is in excellent condition and it is inset with SA insignia and silver eagle. All early nickel silver hilt mounts, the lower mount reverse side is issue stamped 497 706 and it is also SA group marked Nm for the SA group Nordmark. The blade is in very nice condition, the obverse side features the SA motto and the reverse side has been completely ground to remove the original Rohm inscription as per orders in 1934, during this process they also removed a part of the makers name but there is sufficient remaining to confirm that the maker is Pack Solingen. Complete with brown anodised scabbard showing light wear and it is fitted with matching nickel silver mounts. A nice looking personalised dagger with lots of history. Exc++
