THIRD REICH ARMED FORCES COMBAT KNIFE.

This example was issued to Luftwaffe ground troops. Brown wooden handle carved with owners initials. Simple steel crossguard. The blade shows some faint age spotting but over all it is in very good condition and it is also stamped with a Luftwaffe waffen amp stamp. The scabbard retains about 70% original black paint, the reverse side is fitted with spring clips for easy attachment to belt or other equipment. This example was originally issued to Luftwaffe troops but the identical knife was also carried by army and Waffen SS troops.Exc++
