A Superb looking example of very high quality. Dark blue woolen top with black ribbed center band and brown piping for Signal troops. Complete with silver aluminum 2nd pattern Luftwaffe eagle and matching cockade, the black leather chin strap is held in place by two black side buttons. The interior of the hat features an artificial brown leather sweat band and gold silk lining complete with a plain celluloid patch which is also in fine condition and complete. The hat is not size marked but it is a large size at least a 60. A very nice looking example and better quality and condition than most. Near mint.
