HITLER YOUTH / BDM PHOTOGRAPH ALBUM.

This interesting photograph album belonging to a German family, the son was a member of the HJ and the daughter was a member of the BDM (the girls section of the HJ). Excellent photographs of HJ and BDM parades, field exercises, sporting competitions. Excellent photographs of boys and girls in uniform and also Hitler Youth leaders. Interesting group of photographs of a visit by an army Panzer company with the boys and girls allowed to examine and sit on a German tank. Photographs of home life, local castle and visit to Paris. Several photographs of the boys taking military training with there HJ leaders and army NCO's, probably to be used as the last defense of the Reich. The last part of the album is from the late 1940s or early 1950s so the family probably all survived the war. Over 100 photographs in all.[Condition: Exc++]
