THIRD REICH POLICE BAYONET BY WKC WITH FROG AND KNOT.

This police bayonet is a rare example produced during the Third Reich period, most police bayonets are actually converted Weimar bayonets. Lights weight eagle head hilt showing excellent detail . Staghorn grip is in perfect condition and it is complete with police eagle and swastika insignia. The blade is in excellent condition and it is stamped with the makers details, WKC with there knights head trademark, this is the pattern that they used during the Third Reich period, the earlier pattern does not include the letters. Very nice black leather scabbard for city / town police and it is fitted with silver fittings. Complete with black leather frog and police knot. A very nice complete set and rear being produced during the Third Reich. Exc++
