TENO OFFICERS DAGGER BY EICKHORN WITH SILVER KNOT, NEAR MINT CONDITION.
This is a superb example of a Teno officers dagger which actually still retains almost all of its original silver plated finish which is very hard to find as this model dagger often suffers with considerable plating loss / wear but not this one. Fine detail to the Teno eagle crossguard and the cog wheel decorated pommel, and as mentioned previously the silver plated finish is in exceptional condition. The orange celluloid grip is in mint condition. The blade is in mint condition, the obverse side is stamped with the issue number 0411, the reverse side features the 1935 / 41 pattern Eickhorn trade mark and also the Teno Eagle mark. The scabbard is in fine condition and it still retains almost all black factory finish. The throat of the scabbard is stamped with the Teno issue number 0411 which matches the number on the blade. If you are looking for a Teno officers dagger I am sure you will be happy with this one as it is a really an exceptional example and very impressive. Complete with silver knot. [Condition: Near Mint]
